Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs processing).

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package reaches the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your support email].

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
